A place where the daily lunch special changes daily. The chef specialises in Thai food so it's usually different types of Thai food .sometimes food from Korea or the Philippines or European country. Affordable and staff are really friendly!

I would call the aesthetic dishevled chic the food was fantastic and the service was awesome. They are a Thai influenced restaurant but also have drinks. Would recommend and definitely going back!

I came to the cafe as part of a group of performance artists from all over the world travelling and performing in Japan under the banner of Nipon Performance Arts Festival (NIPAF). It's such a welcoming and alternative cafe, with a good menu and drinks. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Very supportive to the LGTB + community. It runs various events through the year, and is a fabulous space to relax and connect with people as well as the Internet. I walked from Kyoto station along the river and made my way pass the imperial Palace, such an amazing walk, so a welcomed cup of hot milky tea and chocolate cake with ice cream was well received.

Cute little place in a garden behind a normal house. If I hadn't seen the pictures on Google before, I wouldn't have guessed a cafe here. Cute atmosphere and very nice people working here. Definitely worth making a brief break and relax a bit.

Small hidden cafe near Doshisha University. You can choose to sit inside or outside in the backyard. The decor is cute and charming, definitely a good place to have a small coffee break. Prices are reasonable for the proportion and quality of food you get. Coffee is nice but the brownie cake didn’t taste as rich.

Charming little cafe / restaurant hidden away behind a house. Great coffee and small but appealing menu.
